Prices and figures
How we update prices
What the numbers on this site mean, where they come from and how often they change.
The catalog was last updated on October 7, 2026. If a figure here and the one at checkout differ, the checkout is right.
What we update, and how often
We update prices, and which cord lengths and finishes are on offer, on a schedule, several times a month, from our own product data. A length or finish that stops being offered leaves the site at the next update and comes back by itself when it returns. Prices on this site are the figures from our last update, not a promise.
What stays the same between updates
The outlet count, USB output, joule rating, load rating, cord gauge and housing size belong to the strip, not to a price, so they change only when the strip changes. We print each one because it is in our product data, and we leave out what is not, such as a clamping voltage.
Ratings
The star rating and its count are the ones buyers gave the strip. All nine versions share one rating, so it is counted once, not nine times.
Sources
Our guides cite the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission, the U.S. Fire Administration, OSHA, the National Fire Protection Association, the Electrical Safety Foundation International, UL Solutions and the NEMA Surge Protection Institute. We open and read each source before we quote it, and the date we read it is printed beside it. How we hold these figures to the Alestor approach is written up in our editorial policy.
